REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
- Refund is only applicable if no more than two classes have been conducted.
- No refund will be issued after the refund period.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Students must notify administration at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation must be requested via official email or WhatsApp.
- Failure to notify may result in automatic billing.
3. Missed Classes
- Students must inform administration before missing a class.
- Make-up classes depend on teacher availability.
- Continuous absence without notice may lead to termination.
4. Return Policy
As Smart Quranic Education provides digital educational services, there are no physical products eligible for return.
5. Administrative Rights
Smart Quranic Education reserves the right to:
- Modify course schedules
- Change teachers
- Update fee structure
- Amend policies at any time
